Moto GP 2009/2010
Has anyone played the demo for Moto GP 09/10 yet??
I have been playing it for a while 2day on the xbox and can say on 1st impressions that its pretty damn good!! Obviously on demo quality but my first few thoughts: Graphically good, not amazing but a safe 8/10, wet weather is great. I love the visor view as you mount up on the grid, thats kool On the demo you can ride the 125cc, 250cc and GP bikes!! Boy, the noise and speed from the GP bikes in insane!! Make sure the volume is up!! Gameplay wise, feels pretty solid, love the independant front and rear brakes, was backing it into the 1st at corner at Mugello quite quickly with Nicky Hayden! You can relive the 2009 season and the 2010 as it progresses via free downloadable content. There is mention of 20 people racing online which would be great fun. And you can manage your own GP team etc Sounds promising!!  Release date of March 19 |

Yeh, me and a pal have had alot of fun taking it in turns doing a championship (tried multiplayer championship, but for some bizarre reason looks asthough you can only do an Arcard Multiplayer Championship - disappointing), creating our own team (you have templates, yet you can change colour/layout etc) and rider and taking it up through the ranks. Even on 'Moderate' difficulty, it's bloody challenging. Best result we've got is 4th thus far.
It's real fun in this mode, but obviously helped along by the fact i'm playing it alongside a friend. Havn't really played any of the other modes. Selby |

Gonna give it go soon, the demo is good fun and as u say, its "challenging" which is what i want.

Got the full version of this now and am really getting into it, its really tough to be consistent and finish well.
Only in my first season as a 125cc rider and its proving to be great fun and a real challenge. Graphically sound and enough adjustments on driver aids to suit all!! On board camera is impossible plus there are no hands on the bars!! Bizarre. All in all, a good job! |
