Bob's track Builder

Hello, first post for me in this forum.

I purchased Bob's track Builder software several weeks ago. It allows to design tracks for the GTR2 game. I installed it, following the procedure described on the site.
But after two weeks a message appeared saying "The trial period has expired, you need to purchase/install a new licence...".
I certainly did something wrong with the installation.

The problem is that I wrote to them and I have not received any answer.

Has anybody already used this software ?
