Do you guys think there is any chance they will start racing in USCR?
They are pulling their 2 McLaren's from the British GT Championship, maybe for a USCR effort or is this just a wishful thinking? Cheers |

In one word, yes.
United Autosports has had DP experience in the 2011 24 Hours of Daytona, and I think they could go back to DP for a full season. However their field of interest has mainly been GT... I wouldn't be surprised to see them run a pair of Audi R8s in the GTD category. It's got me thinking...

The also have (had) a relationship with Oak and even ran a Morgan-Judd for them at Petit Le Mans in 2011.

Interesting move, its a long way from Leeds to US to run a USCR effort. Having said that they did move into a nice new build earlier this year (which is just across the road from LNT/Ginetta).

Being that UA is owned by both British and American owners it makes sense to race in the US....
