9 - Brilliant. Absolutley great battles throught the field. Loved it. Add in a bit of controversy from our favoutite serial bottler and a safety car, excellent stuff.

It was a pretty good race, there was enough battle joined to keep me entertained.

Vettel has no place being a Ferrari lead driver anymore, in my honest opinion.

8 for me. Really enjoyed it and as I was finally able to watch a GP live, I'm glad it was worth it! Would have been a 9 but for the (IMO) unnecessary safety car.

A race of two halves? It was excellent up until the SC and then I felt it lost it's edge and the complexion of race changed. The SC also impacted on the race result and Bottas was hard done by but that's motor racing.

Shame the battle between Leclerc and Verstappen, which started when they both left the pits, wasn't allowed to come to fruition.

I gave it a 7, highest from me for several seasons I think.

It might have been an 8 but the TV director must have been searching the crowd for his/her mother instead of following the track action.

Quite surprised that Hamilton and others could stay within a second of the car in front for lap after lap. I hope that continues.
I was very surprised track limits were respected at Copse, Club and Luffield. Whatever the FIA and Silverstone did appeared to work. Just need to bring those ideas to the other circuits.

9. It would have been 10 if not for the safety car. (When will the powers-that-be understand that?)

Despite the unfairness and unsportingness (if that's a word) of the safety car, it didn't really spoil the entertainment (apart from the wasted laps). It just substituted some different battles for the ones that should have been.

Gave it 7 because of the impact of the SC - and perhaps a little unfairly because it wasn't actually a problem with the race, because of the sometimes stupid TV directorial decisions - how the heck you pan to the crowd just as the two Mercs were battling side by side is beyond me......
