Gentilozzi will build his cars in-house. He is going to enter 2 cars. He will drive one and the other will be driven by someone unnamed at this time.

BMW GTRs could be back next year according to Scott Atherton. In the PLM press conference he hinted that we should see 'those BMWs we are so familiar with' in 2003 ALMS.

Were PTG a works team. The cars may be GTRs with straight six engines or if BMW pull there finger out M3 GTR V8s. The V8 was testing a new aerodynamic package a month or so back.

yeah, but they still haven't made the required number of road cars to ditch the penalties and there are no plans to make them, so the 6-cylinder in the better option I'd say.

There is a rumour floating around involving someone who is currently with the Jaguar F1 team.

If BMW came back they would either build road car V8s or produce a new straight six car. If it is the six then they must be getting an air restrictor boost as the current engine is simply not powerful enough.

I hope we get some more R&S MkIII Cs... That Matthews car was _really_ flying! It's at least a match for the Panoz, which carries the same Ford-derived Elan V8.

I wholeheartedly agree - and I also hope the Doran Dallara(s?) will be a challenger for podium places.
The Norma got a 20th place finish last weekend; what will the next year hold in store for Debora's big sister?

Quite possibly Robinson Racing's MkIIIc (if you can still call it a MkIIIc), hopefully with all the nose modifications it is still legal.

did they change anything on the crash structure itself? Because then I believe they'd have to crash test and homologate it anew.
