Why would either driver want to run with a completely amateur team? Makes zero sense.

In the 70's, Paul Newman was always rumored to be driving at Bathurst

If Danny Ric was going to do it I would put money on the car having Red Bull stickers on it.

It is also highly unlikely it would be anything to do with Boost. A little research shows on Danny's website shows that Danny is an Optus Ambassador with a personal deal with them as his telecommunications partner.

Bottas also has a close personal agreement with Hyland, and they in turn are very close to another orange telecomms company, not called Boost.... Hyland have close links to Orange telecom. I cant see him jeopardising a lucritive existing personal sponsorship to do a one off backed by another telecom setup.

Just sayin.....

Very tricky things to drive them V8 rear wheel drive cars.

How did we get round that rule in the pre Covid days, when the international stars came out for Bathurst and Gold Coast?

People with experience in categories far higher than Super2 can qualify.

Just ARG club series with under 15 entries a round that really struggle... With good reason
