Might be a little cool and frosty in the Erebus pit at some stage over the weekend.

Erebus had a continuation to their unfortunate season start ..... JlB's car had a loss of oil pressure on the P1 outlap, brought out a red and got towed back to the pits to be given a new heart and be ready for P2.

P2 must have been very wet early, the track was drying towards the end and the leaders chopped and changed often.

The full in-car of Waters lap was wild. A bit of a fresh look to the field this season, should be interesting to see how these guys go. These young guys seem to hit the road running with a lot of miles under their belts. Probably spending many hours on sims. With a couple of more teams investing and looking like they are there for business, hopefully the P word is tucked up in bed? Interesting year.

Waters only 20th on the grid for the first race. The ghost of Jack Smith still keeps the former #4 car rooted to the bottom of the sheets even after a driver & number change.

Are Supercars too easy to drive or the drivers just elite?

I watched the Live Timing during race 1 and the drivers are so consistent, most of them never make mistakes. It makes the racing quite processional imo.

Anyway, im very impressed with Feeney, seems to have found another level

Love has shown speed in Super2 but also had many crashes and he's found the fence twice in Race 1.

He won't be getting a lot of love if he parks it there again tomorrow. I didn't get to watch the whole race, I though why are they playing replays at this stage of the race?

Not a lot of difference between the camaro and mustang now but the camaro has the edge in a straight line.
