thanks Racing fxgt - the McRae is decked out in the yellow that Graeme had on the car when sponsored by Iberia airlines. Personally I preferred it in the day-glo orange STP colours. Correct number though - 22. Cassius McRae nearly always had this.

The Windleburn Lola T400 is the car that created a big fuss in 1975 when Richard Scott ran it in the Shellsport 5000 European Championship. The Durex sponsorship caused the problem as the BBC banned the name from appearing on the car when they were televising. Bob Evans took over the car for the last two races.

Hi Armco
The T190 is the ex Mike Hailwood in which he finished forth in the european championship in 1970. The red one was initially tested by Keke Rosberg before becoming Richard Scott's 1975 European racer,It one at Silverstone in it's third outing. The Stuart Lush car was Graeme McRae's very own lberian Airlines F5000 |

McRae did not race either of these GM1s in the Tasman series, though he did campaign Stuart Lush's yellow (ex-Iberia) mount in Europe. The red Williams car was an early customer car
I'm not sure which T190 Christie has, though he Cal Raybourn car was reputedly scrapped some years ago |

Thanks guys, yep the real McRae GM1 was sold to Dexter Dunlop. The Raybourn Lola was around in NZ for a long time,I think it may have been used for bits for another F5000 or saloon car.

Here's rear shot of Poul Christie's Lola T190,you can almost feel the exhaust pulse hiting you in the face has you wait to go on the track,Wonder what it must have been like with a whole grid fall of V8's.
