2004 LMP equivalancy

Autosport are reporting the current LMPs will be made slower than 2004 LMPs by the use of smaller fuels tanks and/or an F1 style plank.

These measures are hoped to make the 2004 cars the quicker cars in 2004.

Also will GTS/GT have the 10% larger restrictor in 2004 as the new LMPs will have.

I was under the impression that the 10% power cut was across the board in 2003 not for safety reasons but to keep each classes performance relative to each other.
