That is a real shame for him. I suppose if you have to take a positive from every bad situation that he didn't do it last time out!

saw the crash on TV today , certainly was a bad one and to break both ankles , ouch thats gotta hurt.

oh well he can take some time off and regenerate for next year.

Valentino Rossi has just described that corner as 'very dangerous', and it does seem to be a tricky one for bikes to go through.

It's not a ncie accident, but the timing was ideal - doesn't cost him teh title, and maximises his time to get fit before pre-season testing for whatever he does in 2004.
