Brdc To Run Walter Hayes Trophy In 2004

Contrary to a report that appeared in Autosport magazine this week, the BRDC will be organising the Walter Hayes Trophy at Silverstone in 2004.

The report in Autosport indicates that another organising club would be taking control of the Walter Hayes Trophy meeting - and all BRDC club racing activities - but this is not the case.

The BRDC will organise the Walter Hayes Trophy in November -as already announced. This will be on Saturday/Sunday 6-7th November.

The BRDC will also organise a two-day club race meeting at Silverstone in March, and a mid-summer meeting at the Northants venue with a mainly historic-based content.

Additional events on the Silverstone Stowe Circuit will also be managed and organised.

can we have a GP circuit race in 2004 please.

I think there was one this year, but I couldn't make it. I would kill for a race on the GP circuit.
