He had to choose between "less money for him", or "no money for him"... And quite rightly, he chose the former... give teams a bigger share but heck, he still get millions into his pockets.

It's not as if Bernie is going to miss the money & it keeps everyone happy although it does seem poor on his behalf that it took a threat to form a breakaway competition for him to part with the money.

yeah-bernie is only 'giving' something that he was going to (rightly)lose anyway
Frankly i would rather see the GPWC go ahead.Not because i think they can run a good championship but just to get rid of those two crooks once and for all!! |
