Yeah I forgot about the mandatory 5 minute stopper. That could be crapshoot, if a safety car comes out right after they do their 5 minute stopper, that could cost them the race. Teams should not do this too early unless some other mechanical problem happens

front left suspension, apparently. if it was an intentional stop they’d have had the wheels off and put them back in the oven. as it is they’ve gone cold now.

Not sure about the 5 minute mechanical stop.
It can only be served after a certain time. I think it is too early.

KvDL just passed Bortolotti for the lead, as both were behind the Schnabl Porsche.

That was some move.

Edit - And Bortolotti shoves it back past into the chicane, again as the pair caught back up to the Porsche. Glorious.

Not exactly.

There was a single car off track, undamaged, but in typical SRO style that led to a FCY and SC sequence.

That was just after 63 pitted. 37 pitted under FCY and regained all time lost under SC.
So 63 and all others lost all advantage they had.

So basically everybody is back on the same pit stop strategy.
I think there's 3 laps max between 63 and 32/37
