Big surprise in practice #2 was Matt Payne who was well down the order until the end where he jumped to P3.

Waiting for qualifying to see where the form truly is
The #1 followed its Bathurst program of race runs then a balls out qualifying sim
Except it was interrupted by kerb strikes, and some traffic.

I could imagine that Erebus are little bit sensitive about security matters, after a team member was assaulted post the Bathurst 1000.

Didn't CCTV footage of the alleged assault indicate that the injuries were self inflicted?
