Jordan will be testing new aerodynamics due to be used for the canadian GP. A new front wing will be introduced along with rear aerodynamics. Hopefully it will be a big improvment.

octagon are being really ridiculous about granting photographers passes this time as well so there's going to be quite a few of the regulars sat in the spectator area this time. and fewer photos :S

On Sat/Sun there were the Ferrari, McLaren, Williams, Renault, BAR, Toyota and Jaguar as well as countless hospitality units etc etc crowding up the pitlane so looks like it will be very busy!

....we were told to move on saturday night or we would not race on sunday because we had "taken" Michelen's space!! The fact that we had actually moved the barriers doesnt matter! Had a walk aorund their setup, 8 trucks and not one set of tyres!!!

Williams BMW arrived as I was leaving. Ferrari, BAR, Toyota, Renault and Mclaren were definately there from early Sunday. I guess they are getting the last test in for the GB GP.

Dutch Verstappen fans had already hired a bus to take (about 70 of) them to Jos' Jordan test before they new it was not going to happen. You will probably see them there with beer, flags, beer, caps, beer, horns, beer and a lot of enthousiasm. And beer of course.
Did I mention the beer? |

Testing This Weekend
A heavily modified McLaren MP4-19 is expected to be among the cars on track this week as testing gets underway ahead of the Canadian Grand Prix on June 13. Silverstone in England and Monza in Italy will both host major sessions.
McLaren will be at both circuits, though Silverstone is thought to be the more likely venue for the debut of the ‘MP4-19B’, which has already passed the necessary FIA crash tests. Silverstone is also expected to play host to Williams, Toyota, Jaguar, Jordan, BAR, Renault and Ferrari. http://www.formula1.com/news/1675.html |

Where you live mate? it took me 3 hours on a normal trip of 1 and a bit! Not bad today at all, i sat on a the pit straight for abit (decided to watch and not work!) and i looked along and saw a jos flag, well i never knew there were any, until today! Maclarens package looks good shame david couldn't make it seeing as his enging blew twice at the weekend.
Shame it P***ed it down, then again we are in england! |

5 1/2 hours? It's a shame that you had to go before Taku made an appearance about 4pm. Apparently he binned the car very early in the day, which is why we saw no BAR's for most of the day. Last edited by Spudgun; 1 Jun 2004 at 21:17. |
