If you're going to quote me then don't change the words.

I wouldn't go down the road of trying to run down my intelligence if I were you - that tends to end in tears. And not for me.

Other than that I can't find anything sensible enough in your post to comment on... It is absolutely plain that the two BAR drivers are more or less even - since you can't even wake up and see that I can't imagine any argument that you will even listen to.

Villeneuve has finished two races, in both races he finished ahead of his teammate who is 'beating' him according to you. You're arguments are so weak Glen, that you have little right to critize the intelligence of others.

Good answer!

Time to get the kleenex out.

I suspect that on racing weekends I pay enough attention anyway, but I'll follow your advice: I'll pay more attention. What particular detail shall I look for? To the would but only if? Ok... but how can I see that? The TV directors and various timesheets or race reports have the nasty habbit to only show what really happened, not what could have happened only if.....

TeddyG - when did I "critize" the intelligence of anybody?

When did I say that Button was beating Villeneuve? I have said all along that they are more or less even.
