Whincup hasn't been back out since the red flag... was he the culprit on that one? Any idea what happened? Courtney's car has obviously been fixed... as has JR's....


Bottom 10 of the 30 in qualifying (ie no Bright)....

Mr Whincup went off into the sand & caused the red flag... drove over the verges to shake the sand out, then up the track the wrong way... No penalty to speak of thus far, but lots of sand

Mr Wilson went off, as did Mr Courtney.... lots and lots of sand...

The new engineer in Mr Holdsworth's corner is obviously working wonders!! And got a nice compliment from his driver in MN this week too

For a car that couldnt pull a skin ioff a rice custard no so long ago, they actually look genuinely competitive for 2 race meetings in a row!

You know its like a 2 day drive (continuous) to Melbourne right? So even if it left when the crash happened, it wouldnt be anywhere near Dandenong even right now.

Release Date: 24/03/2007
Ford's Jason Bright is out of this weekend's second round of the V8 Supercars championship in Perth.

Bright's Falcon sustained significant damage during yesterday's practice session.

Holden's Garth Tander recorded the fastest time in practice ahead of today's opening race.

HSV front row. Hope GT has some luck. Fords are little slower than I thought, but still have five in the top ten.

Wonder did Russell have a problem in Q2?
