Jerez Test times 10/02
Good selection of cars out in the test today, with an appearance from BAR, Renault,Ferrari, McLaren, Sauber and Jordan.
Pantano got a run out in the Jordan, although early days both Jordan's were some 5 seconds off the pace set by Button in the BAR. Pantanto is reported as in the last stages of negotiations, pending guarantee's from his sponsors which were due on Monday, however with echo's of the last Jordan deal in the making, these have apparently been 'delayed'. http://www.grandprix.com/ns/ns12481.html Today's Times:http://www.pitpass.com/news2/news.cfm?newsid=8579 Pictures from today's test:http://www.f1racing.net/photogallery.php3?id=648 Jaguar were out, but for some reason are not listed in the times. So when do the anti-McLaren posters appear here to try and convince us the car has lost 2.4 seconds in the past month?!

I don't know what the track conditions were like, but the times are not comparable, so I assume the conditions weren't either. Keep your hair on. |

Thats odd.
Looking on the testing photographs from today (10/02/04) it appears that the Williams team were at Jerez as you can see engine covers in the pitlane and one or two team personel, but they did no running? |
