Britcar Media / test day 28.02

Any forum members planning on attending this next week, either as competitor, media or spectator ? If so, drop me a line, as its nice to put faces to names. Provisional entry list looks promising;

Ockside should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
The entry list looks brilliant so far! Might even be better than the British GT. Liking the fact theres 4 moslers and even some 430 GT3. Can't wait for the first round on the 22nd March at Silverstone.

Tim Dunlop should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Hi there,

I'll be there as a member of the Media.

Should be in a green jacket with red gloves and scarf (needed them today, it was freezing at Silverstone)

Regards

Tim

Any news on Britsports this year?

I'm guessing that a lot of the guys will be doing VdeV,but there must still be some of the big Junos out and Jades,anyone got an entry list for it?

Indeed a nice looking entry list, the grids are almost as big as of those in British GT but I think it lacks the strength in depth that the British GT grid has. The better GT3 teams are in British GT mainly. IMO. Still I look forward to following Britcar this year and perhaps attending the Silverstone 24 hours.

There should be no "perhaps" about it, the Silverstone 24 hours is getting better year by year and with the potential entry list this year it should be the best yet! Plenty of Moslers, Porsches and even Vipers, Ferraris and Astons this year along with the usual plethora of BMW's. Could be a very big grid!
