Your F1 Dream Team

Who would you have in your F1 Team? You must have 3 Drivers (Alive or Passed On), Explain why they get 1st Driver, 2nd Driver and Test Driver. One Team Manager, Two Designer's as you can have a car designer and a aero dynamicist, Or one person to do BOTH jobs. One Pit Stratagy man. You also have to name YOUR team.

Here is mine

Team Name - PLR Motors (Which is my initals PL, R stands for Racing, and Motors)

1st Driver - Ayrton Senna, Could adapt to any car set-up/behaviour and still ring the cars neck, also his technical knowledge would be useful.

2nd Driver - Nigel Mansell, A driver who pushed to the limit every second of the race. Could beat team-mates who were supposedly better than him. (Prost & Piquet)

Test Driver - Micheal Schumacher, Just for his ability to tell designers what the car needs to be quick.

Team Manager - Was a tough decision but I went for Ron Dennis. He has the experiance of controlling (best he could) two drivers who were hell-bent on destroying each other (Senna & Prost). Sir Frank Williams was in the frame.

Car Designer - Colin Chapman, His chassis designs are legendary, Lotus 25, 49,72, 78/79 ect. Even the "Twin Chassis" Lotus 88.

Aero Dynamicist - Adrian Newey, Just to basically let Colin Chapman concentrate 100% on the chassis. Adrian can design the suspension mounting points to fit to Colin Chapman's chassis design's and all other aero parts (Wings etc).

Pit Stratagy - Only one person for this. Ross Brawn. Imagine Senna and Mansell's stratagies being sorted out by this man. The others need not turn up.

TEAM NAME: Flyings Pigs F1 Team.

DRIVER 1: Martin Brundle - his pit/car radio commentary would be epic!
DRIVER 2: Shinji Nakano - pure class driver now ready to win title.
DRIVER 3: Ralf Schumacher - because my budget is infinite.

TEAM MANAGER: Norbert Haug - but only if he re-grows his moustache!

TECHNICAL DIRECTOR: Mike Coughlan - I want a car that runs as well as the Ferraris did!

ASSISTANT TD: Patrick Head - I want fancy elevators all over my house, just like Sir Stirling Moss has.

STRATEGIST: James Allen - GET IN THERE!!!

Overall, a pretty stonking line-up.

Team name: F 1-Grand Prix only

1st driver: Markus Winkelhock- competed in 1 Grand Prix at the Nurburgring for Spyker, started 22nd and last. By the end of lap 2 he had a lead of 30 seconds. He lead 6 laps in his 14 lap F1 career in a car that never scored a point, stuff of legends!

2nd driver: Stephane Sarrazin- competed in 1 Grand Prix for Minardi and showed immense speed until he crashed.

Test driver: Masahiro Hasemi- Japanese driver who took part in 1 race at his home Grand Prix in 1976, and set the fastest lap.

Team Manager: Andrea Sassetti- ran Andrea Moda, which made the grid once at Monaco in 1992!
