Outstanding!
Really great archival footage, great choice of music and a really professional job of editing. The synchronization between the music and film is superb. Bravo. |

Having watched that I feel the need to tell the rulemakers that Titanium skid blocks should become mandatory for next season or sooner if possible. Showers of sparks are sadly missed.
Good film I thought. |

Thank you very much for the nice comments!
I also feel that sparks are missed in modern F1, hopefully they'll return one day. |

Mika, I have to add my comments and they are that I think that was brilliant! It's a shame that 3+ minutes would be too long, but wouldn't that make a great opening sequence for the Grand Prix programme?

That really does sum up F1 for me. Great video! What video editing software did you use and PM me with the details of where you got the footage from!
Top job though. |

Ah cool! I made one a few months ago but was taken down within an hour of it being on youtube! But then again I was using footage from speed tv etc so fair cop I guess.

This is superb...
I wonder why watching it excited me so much more than anything I have seen of F1 coverage over the last eight-ten years..... We have lost so much. |

Great work Mika, the editing made some parts look like they came straight from a film about F1! Specificaly the bit where the red lights go out and theres great shots of cars jostling around at the start, and the end, is just.... wow.
Everything that I wished I could do video editing wise is pretty much in that |

I found this video be be very very depressing. It made me sick actually.
Today's racing has zero action, not much to look forward to. I always look forward to race weekend and end up disappointed. I try hoping for the best the following race and it seems to be the same old thing time after time. The video is depressing because there is none of that in today's races. My only other comment about the video is: brilliant!!! I needed that! Send it to Bernie and Max!!!! |
