Jeff 8 should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Stub Axle

I broke the stub axle on my sidecar on the weekend (while leading ). It sheared just behind the bearing. Luckily on a slow corner.

Is there a way to stop this happening again? Better or thicker steel, regular crack testing? As the wheel is unsprung it cops a bit of a hammering.

Jeff

Check the raduis on the bearing where it buts against the stubb have seen this before where the raduis isn't enough and causes the stub to crack
