tonyC should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
AMOC Mallory

To any of the guys on Post 7 (Stebbe Straight ) yesterday, the 2 drivers bought out by the CoC to apologise for their overtaking manoeuvres under yellows weren’t there as a “punishment” They actually volunteered to go out and face you personally.

Hope it was taken in the right spirit.

An excellent gesture - any chance of this attitude spreading to other meetings?

Adding a positive spin to reaction under yellows, a big thumbs up to the leaders in race 7. From where I was flagging at post 5, there seemed to be a significant reduction in speed under yellows whilst the orange army were out in the gravel at Gerrards. Top marks to the leader for lifting & to those behind for settling neatly behind him.

A great time on our post all day, plenty of banter mixed with top attitude to the work in hand. We might have been a wonderful bunch of people anyway, but how can you not have a good day with Richard running our patch!

Having been on post 7 when the CoC turned up with drivers was bit of a shock,(nice one for a change lol), we actually thought that they were told to apologise, it`s nice to know that it was the drivers idea, it was taken in good very good spirit by all on post, as Dave says in previous post maybe should happen more often ( ok maybe not).

My thanks to Jane & Lynne for making the day more entertaining. And hope Lynne's ankle get better soon!

I turned into Post Chief for the day on Post 11 (ex-Oak Tree). Very enjoyable with little to phone in. My "Perfect Day".

Cross that Autosport failed to mention that Anne Reed got her first pole and win (No 53) but at least I was able to pass on congratulations for both on the day.
