On the National circuit, I'd suggest Copse (for race starts in particular) and/or Luffield B/Woodcote A area - good views there of them out of Becketts, down the Wellington Straight and through the complex.

Sometimes the BRDC grandstand at Brooklands is open - worth a try. If not, outside of Becketts/Woodcote as Paul says.

Probably a wander round the outside from Luffield past Copse down to Becketts although they seem to have moved the grandstands back quite away from the pit straight.
