ozywoodwards should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
I'm certainly thinking seriously about it. It seems to be really good value, with so many races. Just one point, I heard that the last F3 race was going to be double the length of the normal 20 minute races, and that from now on powertour races would be governed by a set number of laps rather than times, neither of which seems to be the case in that timetable.

Are they mad ? Who in their right mind would schedule a race meeting to finish so late on a Sunday night ?! It's gonna totally ruin the whol laid back night race atmosphere if this is true as the whole idea is that you can chill out, watch the racing, then retreat to your campsite... not have to worry about getting home for a crack of dawn start the following day...

Having said that, it does now allow me to get to Oulton Park on the Saturday, so... i'll probably be at both, but clear off after the TVRs... got to be there if there's Minis's on the bill!

I guess the word 'povisional' applies here. First it was a night race, then it wasn't, then it was again, plus the timed vs laps changes, plus anything else I've missed.

i like powertour. it's nice and cosy.

seems a bit of a daft day to have a night race on though, raising doubts about some motorsport fans monday sickies....

Actually it was me but I was a bit concerned too as I'm meant ot be at Goodwood..

I have to give Bella some credit though 'cos I read her comment about if I'm not at Monza, and I thought, what's she on about, Monza's the same weekend as Goodwood

I believe that the F&M order prohibiting the use of the campsite opposite the main gate has been lifted, so that should be open for the night race - if you like, give them a bell at some point and check for us

Tesco's car park ? We did Sainsbury's at Chichester when we were at Goodwood... splendid people there...
