HALF PRICE RACING AND TESTING AT ANGLESEY 12th / 13th MARCH SPORTS SALOON LIBRE

BRSCC in conjunction with Anglesey Circuit Club are running a Pre Season Test Day / Race Day weekend Sat 12th / Sun 13th March at Anglesey.
This weekend is being run primarily for the drivers benefit and is being costed at half price fees to assist in giving drivers valuable track time in the lead up to the new season.

Some bullet points follow and one, or more, of these could be of interest, or great assistance to you

* HALF PRICE RACE ENTRY FEE @ £175 FOR A DOUBLE HEADER

* HALF PRICE TEST DAY @ £100 FULL DAY

* JUST ABOUT EVERY CLOSED WHEEL CAR IS ELIGIBLE TO COMPETE AS IT WILL BE EITHER A SPORTS CAR, OR A SALOON CAR. THERE ARE SEPARATE SPRINT RACES FOR CATERHAM TYPE SPORTS CARS, BUT THEY ARE WELCOME TO DO THE ENDURO AS WELL

* THIS IS PROPER SPORTS / SALOON LIBRE RACING AND THE CHANCE TO RACE AGAINST CARS FROM OTHER SERIES OR ERAS [ Classic and Historic cars will be fine] HISTORIC IMPS up against GT2 PORSCHEs' IS THE NORM AT THESE MEETINGS

* TWO UPGRADE SIGNATURES ARE AVAILABLE FOR DRIVERS REQUIRING UPGRADE SIGNATURES IF THEIR 2011 PLANS ARE TO RACE IN NATIONAL A EVENTS OR HIGHER

* THERE IS ALSO A 45 MINUTE ONE or TWO DRIVER ENDURO RACE TO GIVE EVEN MORE TRACK TIME.

The Enduro is £195 Entry Fee, but £145 if one driver is also doing the Double Header Sprint Races, or £95 if both drivers are.

Entry Forms will shortly be on www.brscc.co.uk
Test Booking Forms will shortly be on www.angleseycircuit.com

And there will be races for the Formula Ford 1600 folk. In fact their races will be the opening two rounds of the 2011 Star of Anglesey Series

Entry Form is at http://brscc.co.uk/race-meetings/det...rn-centre.html

Test Booking Form http://angleseycircuit.com/index.php...der&Itemid=149

Don't forget that whatever closed wheel car you have got it will be eligible

Two races for an entry fee less than half the price of a single race entry fee

A Test Day for less than half the usual price

Two races and a Test Day for less than half the usual price of the race entry fee alone

And you don't need to be a BRSCC member either

There is a lot of talk on here about:

Falken Mod Prods
DMN
Tin Tops 2011
Thunder Saloons
Special Saloons
etc.

or is it all just talk?

Funny how nobody on here appears that interested in actually bringing their cars out for a half price pre season shake down test and race and trophy collecting mission

Not to mention owners of the myriad other classes of saloons in modern, classic, or historic guise out there in the National and Club world.

Change the word "saloons" in the above sentence to "Sports Cars" and I mean you as well.

It's a closed wheel sports car, so yes.

Bugger, Still waiting for the Tuscan's engine back, and the Tasmins half way through a 24v Cossy conversion or I'd be well up for that..
