Mike 'Bean' Broadbent should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
Cholmondeley Pageant of Power

Hi, first time post - so here goes:
This year will be the third year we've attended as marshals, and although the days can be rather long with one car or bike at a time, there is a really great ambient atmosphere with all the military hardware, boats & planes going on all the time. The car clubs tend to look after the marshals though! We will be there for the two days, does anyone know what delights will be there this year? Last year, it was part of the Donington Collection, Ducati Desmosedici, the list goes on, oh, and the Bomherland, a 4 seater motorbike!
See you all there?

Wasn't the Jordan or a.n.other F1 car there the very very first year when we were somewhat thin on the ground orange-body wise?
Not sure if the layout has changed a lot since then, as I didn't marshal it last year, might come back this year again tho

Only "current era" F1 car to have been before is the ex-Schumacher Bennaton from 94-ish. Couldn't run due to the bridges, although the Saudia Williams did

Ah, that sounds about right ..
Well, it was all of 4 years ago, and there's plenty of yellow on both cars
Now that you've refreshed my memory I do seem to remember sitting on the finish line wondering where the Benetton had got to !

Went last year for the 1st time and marshalled on the Saturday, was at the spot where the Jag spun and went into the bales after one of the early showers!
Thoroughly enjoyed the day an intend to go back for the full weekend this year

I'll be there too, but I hope they change the location of the helo flights this year, that crossing was a royal p.i.t.a! Only down for Saturday at the mo , but looking to work the Sunday as well
