BTCC - what goes on after the racing

Hi all

Itl be my first time at a BTCC meet (snetterton this weekend), i was just wondering what goes on after the racing, are there any events etc or is it just like any other largeish event with the track pub being the usual gathering spot?

Cheers in advance

Luke

Nothing out of the ordinary. People tend to hang round in Tyrrell's or on the camp site. Some head off somewhere for food/drink.

There is one of the counties biggest (And imho best) beer warehouses not far from Snetterton, got to be tempting....

Two in Attleborough and one towards Thetford on the A11

I checked it just to make sure it was OK. Briefly excited to see 'New Zealand' (undr Europe?) but no Speights Old Dark. Shame.

Fortunately my 3 favorite tipples are all from (slightly) closer to home, a couple from Cologne and one from the Bavarian hills.
I did email them once about a beer from Dominica for a friend of mine and was politely old that if they don't do it then it isn't likely that anyone here does it,
Speights Old Dark might fall into that category but there's nothing quite like the thrill of the chase!
Good luck.

I'm always a bit frustrated that our racing times always seem to prevent me from visiting the whisky distillery that I see signs to, just before you reach Snetterton....anyone been?

BTCC

The distillery is worth a visit if you can make the time, they have a good selection of whiskeys onsale including the first batch. For information the beer shop link would take you around 40 mins to get too from Snetterton.
