The David Brabham Interview Is On!
I wrote to the PR lady at Panoz Motorsports and requested on behalf of our large Australian readership that if possible she could set up an interview with David Brabham for me. This morning I received word that she has agreed to do it!
So now all you Assie sports car fans (and sports car fans of all countries, for that matter), what do you want me to ask him? |

Could you please ask him one of those ?
- How does he rate young australian drivers (Webber and co)? - Usual questions like : best and worst car he drove, race of his life, worst moment in racing... - With a good engine and more money, what could have Simtek done in F1 ? - Any regrets in his career ? - Who is the fastest of the three Brabham Bros (I remember Sir JAck saying that David was the most gifted) - If Penske offers him a seat in CART for 2002 would he accept ? Thanks, FEV |

good questions FEV.
Liz you could also ask him if he is ever planning to come back home to Oz and if so would he drive in V8 supercar full time and what he thinks of that series. also ask him about the best race he has ever done...I know the answer to this one but it is awesome ...32nd on the grid to win the F2 support race at the Adelaide Gp back in the late 80's..just awesome. you could also ask how his Simtek team copped with the tradgic lose of roland ratzenberger and how they all overcame the grief and if it change his outlook on racing after the crash. how about his BTCC career for BMW in 96 i think it was ... his gretest influence in his career..probably his father but why and how did this person influence his life and racing career. cant think of anymore for now...hope that helps some way and i look forward to reading the interview |

Great to hear Liz
Ask him what he thought of the Australian leg of the ALMS series from Adelaide last year. What he thinks of Don Panoz, in general terms and what he has done for the ALMS. If offered a ride with Audi next year as a one off at Le Mans, would he take it? Might come up with more later |
