According to the Official NASCAR Rule Book, Rule 12-4-A, "actions deemed as detrimental to stock car racing", NASCAR should be fined and put on probation.

Just divide that #48 by 2 & you know what the real # of the car that was out on the track.
That's ok...I want Jimmie to win ROTY...not a big fan of Ryan after he needlessly took Matt out of a Busch race last fall at Dover. Gibbs did the same thing for TS 2 years ago...he was driving a #18 car.

2 Daytona rookies on the frot row(well Technically Harvick is a rookie to Daytona). It's gonna be great 500(hopefully).
