is it possible to watch or listen to free practice over the internet?

F1 Live does an live continuous update with text of each session. I don'y know of any video feeds.

Contact the poster Luca Badoer; he had a site last year that offered some live streaming. However, you will probably need broadband for this to work properly.

Try the above site - this was given to us last year, but as I have a very slow modem connection to a slow IP, It didn't work that well for me. |
