Welcome Catherine19,

Well to find out more about touring cars you could try these sites,

www.redshoes-racing.com owned by our member Redshoes
or www.toca-tour.co.uk

any little bits not covered in the site, and I doubt that, just ask

Well, for starters, the remainder of the season looks like this:
5/6 May Thruxton which is near Andover in Hampshire.

01/02/03 June Silverstone which is a meeting combined with the F3/GT. Silverstone is near Towcester in Northamptonshire.

22/23 June Mondello Park in Ireland.

13/14 July Croft up in the North East, can't remember where it's nearest to. Darlington maybe.

27/28 July Snetterton near Thetford in Norfolk.

10/11 August Knockhill up in Scotland.

25/26 August Brands Hatch down in Kent.

and finally, the season ends on 20/21/22 September at Donington Park near Derby which again is a meeting shared with the F3/GT.

As for prices, cheaper if you buy in advance. £15 for advance up to £25 on the day I think. You might find 2 for 1 ticket offers in various motorsport magazines shortly before a race meeting. There's circuit guides on Redshoes that you should find useful, also raceday timetables on his site.

Or if you wanted to do something a bit different to the BTCC, there's the DTM (German Touring Cars) coming to Donington on 19th May. Tickets for that are £25.

Race day is always the last date of the meeting and qualification the first. Although if you do look at tocatour.com the programme is available.

Looking at all of that I've just realised what a frightening amount of mileage I'm going to clock up between now and the end of the season.
I wish I hadn't posted that timetable now, it's quite scary

Alfa Fan has a lot of promise if they can keep it on the circuit!
Did this really merit a 6 year bump?
