Michael H should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid
DTM on Australian TV - Gone In 60 Seconds!

For Aussies wishing to see DTM highlights, tune into DW-TV news on SBS at 7.30 am on a Monday morning . The sports report shows race highlights at approx 7.40 am.

It is repeated at 11.30 am in English.

The coverage lasts only 60 seconds...but hey, at least its something.

Actually, if you've got the Foxtel, there is a show on Foxsports called "Motorworld", and they had a few minutes on the Hockenheim round. If these were the highlights, the rest of the racing must have been rather processional and strung out. It made the V8s look pretty good... but then again, maybe I'm just hard to please

I don't think anything can make the V8's look good.

The cars looked spick, don't get me wrong, but I saw more overtaking at the regularity trials held at QR on the weekend...

One of the things I often hear is "V8 Supercars is the best touring car category in the world". It may be but can most people in Australia make an informed assessment without seeing full races of both categories? Since we get little coverage of any other touring car series I find it hard to say which is 'best'.
