Motaworld
Does anyone know if Motaworld are getting another driver to replace Carl Breeze?
Tom's had some good top ten finishes recently may be the team could benefit with more then one drivers view? |

Yeah there were running Andrew Thompson this weekend, well he was in the sister car at least, according to the numbers. He raced with them in Renault Winter series

Yes, I think Thompson did rather well, considering. 12th in race one - not bad for a first time f3 race. Outqualified sisley for race 2, but I think the engine blew in the second lap. But Sisley, did well too. For a new team I think they're looking not bad. On the pace anyway.
Wonder if Thompson will be returning to FF considering the fairly dismal results he's had with Murray this year. |

if you've got the budget, why take a step back... (and i assume he has got the budget, either that or a filthy huge bank loan)
which engines are motaworld running now? |

Is anyone going to try and develop the Ford Swindon engine for next year?
And do you think the Mercedes F3 engine will get exported over here next year, since it's done fairly well in Germany? |

i'd say there's a pretty good chance it'll end up here either next year or the year after.

In terms of the 2nd seat at Motaworld, Derek Haye's has been mentioned as a possibility. Don't know who he's being faring in the French series, but not many races clash - so he could do both, funds permitting.
Andy Praiulx is going to test for Motaworld to try and help them with the car, as they feel they should be more at the sharp end. As for the Ford engine, I read that Swindon had approached a tail-end team in the French F3 series, who agreed to help them with development by running the engine. |

I thought the reason that Derek went to the French championship in the first place was because he couldnt find a big enough budget to race in the British championship.
Also , i dont think Derek has done anything special in the french series yet has he ? |

Andy Praiulx is sure to get them heading in the right direction. That guy deserves more credit than he receives. It seems like everything he jumps in he has a handle on! Maybe he's not another Senna, but the guy is a seriously good all around-
Andrew Thompson doesn't know what to race! Couldn't cut it in FRenault, jumps back to FF, now he's up to F3. Sounds like a Westley Barber career path! I'd say Zip Ford would love to have him in their series. Lol -Nothing personal towards the guy, he just sounds like he needs some proper management. |

i agree with what you say about Andy Praiulx . That bloke seriously loves his racing . When ever he's at Brands Hatch , he always comes up and sit in the grandstand at Paddock Hill after his race has finished so he can watch the other races .
