Help needed identifying crash

There is a crash that you can download from here:
http://members.lycos.nl/modelcars/phpBB2/question.avi
it's only 250K. I was wondering if anyone knew who the driver is. I don't know what year. All I know is it was not in a race (ie. qualifying or practice session) and after the crash, the driver was walking backwards.

Any ideas?

Here's a link to a picture at the point of impact:
http://gertrude2.dyndns.org/image_uploads/crash.jpg
The car is on the other side of the wall. The camera stays in this postition the whole time, which is why it's hard. I can't even make out what track it could be. The red figure in the bottom right-hand corner is a marshall jump away.

Any suggestions??

The circuit looks like Spa to me.

Can't see where the car is supposed to be. The red blob near the centre or near the bottom right corner?

Circuit does seem Spa. I'd think the car was a Ferrari, but it seems to be red and blue, not just red....

Its definatly Spa, between La Source and Eau Rouge. It's also a still from a broadcast from Dutch TV-station RTL5. According to the style of the logo, I would say it is from 1996 or 1997. Perhaps even a still from the aftermath of the big '98 crash.
