Grand Prix 4 + GPL

I was wondering which of GPL and Grand Prix 4 i liked the most.
Inevitably, i chose GPL, since you can't beat the driving experience it offers, and for a game coming on for 5 yrs old, it's really incredible, that there's nothing out there to beat it.
GP4 is very nice, excellent graphics, good sounds, accurate cars, drivers, and tracks, but way too easy. If i tell you i was on pole in a Prost, and 1.5s quicker at that, on a semi difficult level, at Melbourne, Interlagos and Sepang, three totally different tracks, it's pathetic really.

What are everyone elses opinions?

F1-2002 is *almost* the same. In the BAR, I'm usually in the top 5. I'm on pole in my best tracks, but never by a huge margin. I guess it's a little more realistic.

By the way, is Sepang so difficult in GP4 as it is in F1-2002, or is ir me? I just can't get a hold of it.

No comparison as far as I'm concerned, on a driving skill level.....

GPL wins hands down.. I am a great fan of GP1 and GP2, for nostalgia purposes, but then GPL came along!

I do own GP3 and GP4, but they don't get played very often.

Jordi, I do find Sepang quite hard, because there are sections which are quite mickey mouse, and hard to find speed in, then there are other corners which get tighter and tighter as you go round, especially the second to last turn.
Try taking turn 5 flat, and braking late for turn 1 and the final turn

I find GP4 a real challenge, but that's me. I don't know why they bother with "skill" levels. I've never played any Crammond game on anything less than Ace. What's the point otherwise??

I never start on beginner level on anything tristan. At the moment on GP4, I'm on semi pro level, and Ace is the real level, it make sure that you won't for instance qualify a minardi in anything higher than 15th
