Nobody with money come to the team eh Sevi. No word on sponsors? I heard Tim Leahey in Konica car. Any word on that.

Well Forbes was not really a suprise in Daddys Team, but it was originally said he may do Konica if 2 Good Drivers could fill the main seats.
Suppose they couldnt find anyone with enough dough and experience to better forbes and partner Ritter. |

Whose Left to be confiremd now? Other than confirmation of HRO/TWR/HRT is it just Romano Racing.
I thought somewhere here on Ten Tenths I read that Romano wasnt driving but the V8 Supercar site has him listed as Driver. Maybe now that Forbesy is Driving, Romano can caome back and have another go at him |

Just had to dig out the DVD of 2002 Season and go to Phillip Island round to replay and replay and Replay the Forbes Romano Incident. Still Cannot believe it.
The Best Bit about the whole incident was the Following Round At Eastern Creek, My mate and I were chatting with Shell Series Odd Jobs Man John "JT" Thomson just near the Stewards room etc at the bottom of the tower when who should emerge, The Romano's Looking like they'd just been given 6 of the best by the Headmaster and in front of them, grinning like chesire cats were Forbesy and Alan Heaphey, we didnt need to here the results of the inquriy, body language said it all. I doubt Roddler will be in the hotseat for the season. There are some other players on the fringes, not all from the local scene that have the ability yet not the asking price to drive for 00.
Depending on how sponsorships go for 00, perhaps they may choose one of many name drivers on the international market that are evaluating Supercar as a different career move |

Not bad I guess for a current spec BA, although not a Ford contracted team, if that makes any difference.
Codriving with Ritter would be the bonus |

The thing is its not supposed to be midfield
$1.5m is more than the budget some of the L1 and L2 1 car entries have in the series!!! |
