Indycar Series, F1 2003 are both good. I'm hooked on Auto Modellista at the moments though...

I just got my copy of Indy Racing thingy and all i can say is: *yawn* Boring!
Turning left only is such a drag... My vote goes for GT3 as it's got more stunning graphics. Last edited by ASCII Man; 6 Aug 2003 at 14:08. |

Gran Turismo 3. I only played it for a week while I was at my dad's but it was great fun.

The people who said F1 2003, must be blind!! (sorry if that offends anyone)
Its got too many errors: 1. Wrong Magny-Cours 2. Autosport tower still at Silverstone 3. Wrong Monaco 4. Can't do lap time challenge between friends, as you usualy cross line onthe grass so your lap is not counted Last edited by Speedworx; 14 Aug 2003 at 10:03. |

They're only niggles though. And how is Monaco wrong, out of interest, it seemed fine to me!

Old rascasse and old 1st corner, but they are very minor niggles and don't detract from the gameplay.

Damon: true. I don't do Monaco much. Usually do Hockenheim, SIlverstone or Barcelona.

At least in this version the AI cars don't vanish into thin air if you block the track and create a traffic jam. Seeing them all vanish one by one in 2002 as I cruised to finish 1st of 1 was funny, but pathetic in terms of game design. |

I find Indycar Series a real buzz, slipstreaming at the likes of Michigan, Indy, Kansas, Texas etc. I find the one mile ovals a drag though.
on F12003 I hate the new Hockenheim, I love Barcelona, Indy and Sepang. |

Yeah, I hate Gateway, Phoenix, Pikes Peak and the like, although I'm good round Nazereth and Richmond. Currently racing a pro season as Dan Wheldon as team mate to Hornish in the panther car, fifth after seven races, won Indy 500 crashfest, second in a photo finish with Hornish at Fontana....it's a great game, though I'm not looking too hot for the championship.

I also dislike the short ovals. Well, not all of them, Richmond is good, I can win there..but I never really perform well on the others. I've won a championship though, albiet on easy mode. Havent really started another championship, I'm more interested in winning a full race on either Normal or Pro at the moment, preferably at Indy.
