Phillip Island Dangerous
I have been told that there is an article in Melbourne's Herald Sun labeling Phillip Island as dangerous by Valentino Rossi. has anyone seen the article ???

yeah, rossi just mentions that some run off areas could be improved (remove tyre wallss etc) - like the one where pedrosa broke his ankles.....

I thought the reason they couldn't remove the tyres walls for the V8 supercars was because the bikes requested it ???

I have a solution.....slow down.You will never make any circuit 100% safe especially the high speed ones.But saying that if the safety aspect can be improved without altering the circuit I'm all for it.

i think rossi is just showing his sympathy for Dani Pedrosa. Poor kid got smashed up pretty bad

I'll concur with asha. Breaking both ankles is not nice. Plus Rossi is a big advocate of safety and is not afraid to speak his mind. Good on him for that...
