Panis F3000 vs F1 test driver
One year prior to joining Ligier in 1994, Olivier Panis was offered a test driver contract with another F1 team. Instead he went back to F3000 for another season (with DAMS) and won the title.
What F1 team was it? Thanks for your help |

It could be but I'm not sure.
He did join Ligier in 1994 but I don't know if they offered him a contract as test driver for the 1993 season. |
