Latest Tickets Sale News
hi everyone. well people had doubts about whether the bahrain gp will end up being one of those races with empty stands but here is the latest news regarding tickets:
he first Grand Prix ever to be held in the Middle East is creating a real buzz of excitement in the Gulf region and today the race organisers are able to announce that subscriptions for one of the specialist packages, the "Bahrain Experience", are now sold out. Race fans shouldn't be alarmed though. There are still tickets available for the historic event on 04.04.04. As the date for the race draws nearer the interest of race fans and enthusiastic supporters of Grand Prix racing is increasing dramatically. More and more people are waking-up to the fact that World Champion Michael Schumacher and his 19 fellow racers will be arriving in the Middle East in less than two months. The FIA Formula One World Championship begins its 18-race programme in Melbourne, Australia on March 7th followed two weeks later by the Malaysian Grand Prix in Kuala Lumpur. But it is the third race on the championship calendar that has everybody's pulse racing. The Formula One circus will be arriving in Bahrain shortly after the Malaysian Grand Prix and over the two week period prior to the race the Kingdom and the city of Manama will come alive to the sights and sounds of the fastest sporting show on earth. Practice for the Gulf Air Bahrain Grand Prix starts on Friday morning with further on-track activity throughout the day and during Saturday. The inaugural Bahrain Grand Prix starts at 14:30 on Sunday 04.04.04 and will be the culmination of years of planning by a great number of people in the Kingdom of Bahrain. Tickets for the race are still available through the Grand Prix Ticket Hot Line on +973 406 222 and there are Grandstand seats and packages available to fit all sizes and budgets. Gulf Air are laying on extra flights around the time of the race and information is available from the airlines offices worldwide and throughout the region |

Well, I was, and probably still am to a degree, a doubter for the race in Bahrain, but I'm sure Bernie and the powers that be, know just alittle more than I do about what works, so it will probably be a success.
Good Luck! |

hopefully it should be a success and nothing serious happens. there are alot of motor sports enthusiasts around the hood so it should be a major magnet to this segment of the ppl.

Is the circuit going to be finished?????
Granted, the tarmac is there... but in the photos, it looks like all of the trackside ancillaries, including safety features, are still in progress. |

Coo - bahraini spirit, no-one is gonna' hinder my beliefs.
No disrespect old chap - but I do detect a remarkable difference in the use of the English language, between the first two paragraphs of your first post, and the rest of that post? Did anyone else? Last edited by Pitstop; 14 Feb 2004 at 00:26. |
