CART Clips?
Hi everyone,

Just wondering if there are any websites or forums where you can download video clips of the latest CART races? I've already looked at cartvideos.com, but they seem to only post one big highlight clip of each race, whereas I'm more interested in seeing smaller clips focused on specific pieces of action (like f1onboard.com does with F1).

Unfortunately since F1 looks like it's going to be anothe TGF procession this year I've decided to bite the bullet and take a more active interest in CART.

cart.com used to show full races for free but now you have to pay for them. Watching them in the university I.T suite used to be my favourite way of wasting valuable study hours.

Yeah I was looking for download-and-save videos - with my 56k connection streaming videos aren't really feasible.

go to your local uni and hit up their library or lab computers buddy, they ought to have broadband and some nice boxes

Pretty easy to do actually, if you are clever enough. I have full onboard race footage from Jourdain and Junqueira at LB.

I knew alot of people who did that - which is why the accounts are now monitored and we've got security guards prowling around 24 7...

I like commentary actually - all adds to the excitement of the coverage. I suppose I'm most interested in the opening lap, any passing moves, accidents, qualifying clips etc - the obvious stuff.

by the way, at cartvideos.com there is a Highlights video of the last real Indy 500, the indy 500 of 1995, when JV won that race...
