Hello to you Circuitmarshal. I thought i would just send you a big WARNING about marshalling.
we are eight lads and lasses? in orange from Northern Ireland who have registered and booked to officiate at the revival, most of them were at the F.O.S. but im the virgin here (only at goodwood). so the warning is " watch out the Irish are back" Looking forward to the event Loads of drink to be consumed at night of course, if any one wants to say hi look for the TIGGER!!!! You will Know. |

I think Ian is trying to recruit spectator marshals. Am I right Ian?

Stephen is RIGHT, it's NOT circuit.
These would be people marshals, looking after paddock and other gates. This will be event work, and you will be PAID by Goodwood!! So if you want to get close to the action but BARC are not using you this is the way to do it. Hope this makes it clear now. Pete on behalf of IAN. Ax,
As I said above this work is not on the circuit or the hill climb course, so your grade won't matter. The most important thing is if your good with people, as this is a gate control thing. The plus point is you get to be part of the event, and may get to meet people that the paying public may not. NOTE that this is event work for the two big one's. So if it feels good do it! Ax, unfortunately the list has been closed for marshals for the Revival Meeting but if you wish to be considered for next years events (and indeed they ARE cool) then e-mail Karen Coddington at BARC for an availability sheet.
