I was at the Goodwood Festival of Speed on Sunday. It was my first ever visit and there was plenty to see!

Yeah, it was utterly awesome. You hear all the stories about the atmosphere but until you actually witness it you just can't imagine what it's like. I went on the Saturday and just couldn't believe what i saw, especially in the paddocks when cars were being taken out for their runs. There simply is nothing like it in the world, and long may it continue that way.

I also have some photos, but due to marshalling this was my first motorsport event in about 2 years where i could take photos, so i was a little rusty with my action shots. That said, some have come out really quite well. My whole gallery can be found here and my favourite would probably be this one »

Went there also for the first time this year, fantastic event and will be definately going back next year. Great photo's, I have taken an almost identical shot to the top one as I'm sure many other's did too!!
