I'm sorry to say your going to struggle to find anything recent for PCI. As far as i know they stopped making PCI cards several years ago. I think they made some aTI 9600 as PCI but thats about it. Do you have any details on the PC, only If it doesnt have an AGP port its showing its age, i'd wonder if its going to be fast enough.

Sorry, not really what you wanted

Never buy a Dell...
The last PCI graphics card I had was a Geforce 2 MX-400, but that was 5 years ago...

Anyway, I'd recommend you go check this out.
The AOpen Aeolus FX5200 looks decent.

The fx is better for gaming as they have better driver support and more compatibility with more games.
As for a wheel, try out the Momo Racing, it's a bit expensive but excellent quality.

I've got a crappy Dell and went through the same problem recently. Ended up with a Nvidia 5500. Couldn't find anything PCI that was more expensive. It was £40.

Just bought a logitech wingman as well which is around £35 from ebay new.

I only run GPL so the PCI card has improved frame rates and quality slightly.

I've had a Dell for 3 years...this is my longest lasting PC.

Okay, I've ripped the AGP GeForce-MX out for a ATI X800XT, very nice! Couldn't find a PCI card for the 'cheaper' Dell that my sister has (only one year old).

Guess the rule is, don't go for a cheap Dell! There really is a noticeable difference in quality between the top end and the top end, and it's not all about what's contained in the package.

Got the standard Logitech steering wheel, works well for me.

I've got the PC version of the Logitech Wingman GP Force feedback wheel, and it also works on the PS2 - in GT4 anyway. Whether the PS2 version works on a PC I couldn't say, but probably.

The PS2 version works with the PC, I've tried it on the GTL demo and it seemed to work.
Don't know how it works with other games though.

I use the PS2 Logitech Driving Force Pro with LFS on my PC works fine, you can download PC drivers for the PS2 wheel, it should work with all games using the PC drivers (I think!).
