For those out there that look for something different and complain about small grids with little to do than just watch cars go by this is for you. From past experience this has been a very socialable and extremly busy and weekend. Well worth a try.

Hi Mazda 59,
The meeting takes place at Brinsbury Agriculture Collage( now called the Chichester Campus) On the A29 between Pulborough and Billinghurst in Sussex. Grid sizes are 35 - 40 mowers covering 3 classes on a 1 mile circuit. thank you Lez for your kind message. Hope this helps, Rich S. |

Blast you've done it again! This is an event I really want to go and see (and marshal), but every year it clashes with something. This time it's MSA Rallycross at Knockhill. Doh! Good luck with the event though.

Hi Richard - long time no see!
Matt (little bro') has already bagged his drive in the race, and I'm in two minds as to whether or not to resurrect The MG Boys to clear up some "unfinished business" in Group 3. If I don't enter, I'd definately be up for joining you all for the event. For anyone who's never seen the race, these things really do clear 50mph and yes it hurts like hell to drive them and yes it is totally worth being there in any capacity. |

Bill and I (sound like the queen, don't I) haven't yet sorted out our volunteering for the year but this sounds GOOD and we are always on the lookout for something a bit different, especially when it implies FUN. To put it in PC terms, "we like to diversify".
When we finally do our "selection" for the year I will definitely throw this one into the pot. However, does this event "fill up" early so it is maxed out with volunteers very quickly? |

We certainly do Pen (haven't forgotten you still have an interest in the Bug.)
I'm seriously thinking about commissioning Matt to do a full rebuild for me well ahead of the event this year. I'm convinced that we can get a top 10 finish just by running a sensible pace - no heroics. Are you up for another attempt at the race? |

Hi All, sorry for the late response, work issues, Stuart No probs mate and its good to hear from you, Happy New year to all the MG Boys. We would much appreciate if you are not racing them get dressed up in ornage. Shelaghwe are never over subscribed with man/woman power so you would be most welcome and the same for Sky Red and Theracegypsy.
If anyone is thinking about volunteering for this meeting there is an availability form on Julians excellent website. I have secured this years marshals gift from our sponsers and an extra as well. Please come and have ago it is different but fun. PS Thank you to all who came and said hello to all of us on the BMMC stand at the NEC. Rich S. |

Hi Richard
Looks like some great support this year Richard. Does this mean you and Andrew can take an official nap?? I hope you continue to get the support as it is " More the Merrier" so long as the Greasy Spoon can cope with that number of Breakfasts? After last year I wont see you at Brands Training day this year going to the one at Bicester instead. Take Care both and look forward to seeing you later in the year? |

Hmm, I seem to remember Andrew having a couple of unofficial naps last year! Hopefully I will be fit to return after having to wimp out halfway through last time around. Still, it sounds like you could have a record turnout marshal wise.

I have decided that I have got to the stage in life where the pain and stress of racing the mower is just not worth it, so have volenteered online at the forementioned website, see you there
