Neil Bye should be qualifying in the top 10 on the grid

How can they possibly suggest to run some of the 2001 rounds in 2002? How can a privateer be expected to do the Pirelli, Jim Clark or Welsh just before tackling the Welsh again? And what about the MSA Rally of South and Mid Wales in November, again more pressure on the budget?
