Glasgow SECC

Here is a street circuit in Glasgow that runs anti clockwise through Motorway sections and Car Park Sections. the pit lane is situated on the road that runs beside the track just after the 1st Km Mark.

Just what Glasgow needs to add to the traffic chaos...a street circuit that would shut down a section of the Clydeside Expressway.

Yes, I know it's fantasy but the Glasgow traffic isn't.

I'm not a great fan of street/car park ciruits at the best of times...having said that it's not to bad.
The Western end is a little to wiggly in it's entry into the car parks, but that is just the road layout, of which not much could be done about.

I don't want to hijack your thread but, how about this http://www.gmap-pedometer.com/?r=215358 it's just South of the Clyde, with the SECC still in view for a section of the track.

At 3 miles it's probably too big for a street circuit, but it does take in Ibrox stadium and also the Science centre as noteable land marks, which street circuits like to sell themselves around.

I haven't worked it out exactly but the pits would probably bee somewhere near the science centre

like the circuit nicky, but that stretch of motorway is quite bad and is going to be re-surfaced soon.
