I have just been informed that Chris passed away from a heart attack last night, an all round nice guy who will be sadly missed. My sincere condolences to Joyce, his family and his many friends.

My sincere condolences to Joyce

I had the pleasure of being on Post 19 yesterday and he was most amused by the antics of the Stock Hatches and Vees as they banged and crashed!

Chris was a great guy who will be shortly missed by all those who came in contact with him

To say I'm shocked is an understatement. My deepest sympathies to Joyce. Can anyone PM me Joyce's address, I'd like to send her something a bit more personal than an e-mail?

It would be appreciated at this time if those with Joyce's telephone number wouldn't call her.

If anyone should wish to send her cards or messages of support, they can be posted to me and I will ensure that she receives them.
My address is on the BRSCC website

I'm sorry to hear this.
Joyce and I had a difference of opinion in a gravel trap - afterwards I apologised profusely, she gracefully accepted and we have both been looking forward to being at the same meeting, to meet again - but it has never happened.

Best wishes, Joyce, at a most difficult time.
John

Pete, please copy and pass on this message. J.
