Fuel Cell

Sorry this is kind of a dumb question but, What is a Fuel Cell? I've hear about it being tested and stuff but don't know what it is. *embarresment*

If you are talking about a racing fuel cell it is a fuel tank that normally has foam in and can be self sealing if they puncture. They can also be a bag that is filled with fuel and collapses as it empties. Basically a lot safer in the event of an accident that a normal tank.
If you mean an electrical fuel cell, read this

Thanks a lot. That would be better for the environement then I suppose, And it would be a lot safer.
